Entre diciembre de 2024 y mayo de 2025, el Registro Civil entregó de forma errada cédulas de identidad a personas que eran solicitantes de refugio en Chile, quienes solo podían permanecer de forma temporal en el país en esa fecha. CIPER accedió a documentos que dan cuenta que el exdirector del Servicio Nacional de Migraciones, Luis Thayer, envió al menos tres oficios tanto al Registro Civil, como a la Subsecretaría de Justicia, alertando de esta situación.

Abstract Transcriptomic analyses reveal the status of cells, tissues, or organisms, across states of health and disease. RNA velocity adds a temporal dimension to single cell analyses, predicting future transcriptomic and phenotypic states, based on the current spliced and unspliced mRNA of each cell. We hypothesized that RNA velocity could be adapted to predict future clinical state of individuals with acute and chronic illnesses, using their whole-blood transcriptomes.
