Key Points Question Is it feasible to deploy prehospital zone 1 (supraceliac) partial resuscitative endovascular balloon occlusion of the aorta (Z1 P-REBOA) in the prehospital resuscitation of adult trauma patients at risk of cardiac arrest and death due to exsanguination? Findings In this cohort study of 16 patients with severe injuries and shock, prehospital Z1 P-REBOA was delivered successfully in 8 of the 11 patients who underwent Z1 REBOA.
