Have you ever spent a late night in the Physical Sciences Building? If so, you’ve definitely heard a combination of footsteps on the ground, but not just the ones passing by, finding a place to study. Instead, the footsteps have a rhythm to them, partnered with the unmistakable call of “five, six, seven, eight!” In the open areas next to Goldie’s Café, you’ll find the real beat of Cornell’s campus: its dance teams.

There are two types of mornings: the ones where your curls fall perfectly into place, and the ones where you stare into the mirror wondering if a braid is less of a stylistic choice and more of a survival tactic.

What better way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day than to watch a bunch of gingers run down Linden Avenue? The St. Patrick’s Day darty is the one time a year Cornell stops feeling like an Ivy League and starts feeling like a full-on party school: waking up at 8 a.m. to pregame, fighting your way onto a crowded TCAT (if you even can), wandering through Collegetown and going door to door at random fraternity houses with a mass of people dressed in green, borgs in hand.
