1. Introduction Sign language serves as a vital means of communication for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. As of 2018, the number of people with deaf and hard-hearing disorders reached 470 million, comprising approximately 6.1 percent of the global population. This number is projected to surpass 900 million by 2050 [1]. Sign language is a distinct language that enables communication through visual gestures and body movements.
