Larger electromagnetic source imaging (EMSI) spatial overlap with the cavity, lower distance localization error, and lower spatial dispersion were associated with good surgical outcome. Electroencephalography/functional magnetic resonance imaging (EEG/fMRI) demonstrated higher negative predictive value, as unresected localizations were often linked to poor surgical outcome.
