I have used a typewriter, but not since the 90's.

Social media is allowing the consumer to control the news they want.
What tools and software do you use to do your job?
Scrivener is my favorite tool right now.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Keep a positive attitude and keep plugging away. Consistency will eventually pay off. It was 3 years before anything I wrote "caught".
