ABSTRACT Cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) is related to health outcomes and has been linked to cognitive function improvement through mechanisms such as increased brain activation and hormone release. However, an inverted “U” relationship suggests that extremely high levels of CRF may be associated with reduced cognitive performance, and further studies are needed to clarify this pattern.

Like most recent music, the record was born during quarantine, with lead vocalist and songwriter Christian Dryden using his free time to write. At ten tracks, Baroque & Bleeding flows nicely, with each track blending into the other. Baroque & Bleeding opens with its title track, setting the tone for the rest of the record.

The show is set to take place this Saturday, October 30 at Kingsland in Brooklyn, NY. Their second show of 2021 comes after the release of their highly anticipated album Something Heavy, released back in September via Hope Records.
