(WHTM) — A series of magnetic building cube playsets sold on Amazon are being recalled after two children were injured from ingesting magnets, per the Consumer Product Safety Commission. The Goody-King branded playsets contain magnetic cubes sold in sets of 45, 56, 100, 120, 150 and 300, made to “stick together and create 3D designs.” They come in a variety of styles based on buildings and landscapes, including castles, farms, galaxies, magic and woods.

(The Hill) — Flock Safety will implement new privacy and data retention policies as pressure grows on the automated license plate operator to prevent its technology from being abused or used to conduct mass surveillance. The company announced Thursday that it will reduce its default data retention window from 30 to seven days, cutting the amount of time data will sit in Flock’s systems. Agencies can still change the retention period in coordination with state or local policy.

Tennessee put a man to death Thursday for killing a motel maid in 1985 in the second of three executions scheduled for the same day in the U.S. Earlier in the day, Oklahoma executed man for killing his girlfriend in 2003. In the remaining execution, an Alabama man will be put to death after dropping all his appeals in the killing of a 5-year-old girl he paid her mother to abuse.
