In 2025, Swiss Hublot celebrated the 20th anniversary of the now-iconic Big Bang watch collection. It commemorated the occasion by releasing five limited editions that were designed in homage to the original Hublot Big Bang watches from 2005. At the time, the watches were known as the Hublot Big Bang 20th Anniversary Limited Editions, and I went hands-on with some of them shortly after they were released.

The biggest news from Apple is the debut of its foldable iPhone Duo; however, launched alongside the brand’s latest batch of products is a new generation of the Apple Watch.

Each year in September, Apple announces its latest new products, and joining the lineup for 2026 is the Apple Watch Ultra 4, which will serve as the brand’s flagship smartwatch model for 2027. Since the launch of the original Apple Watch Ultra in 2022, Apple has taken an evolutionary (rather than revolutionary) approach to the Ultra’s development, and this trend continues with the latest Ultra 4.

Since its inception 15 years ago, DWISS has never been content with a standard interpretation of time or a conservative approach to watchmaking. Throughout the brand’s lineup, you’ll find everything from displaced hours complications to a watch with the world’s first niobium case and a DWISS “mysterious” time display.

In a world where vintage reissues seem to be a craze that has peaked but now hit some sort of consistent, lesser saturation, it’s surprising to see a brand start to enter the sphere at this stage. Make that doubly true for a brand that traces its roots to the late 19th century, and for a brief time in the latter half of the 20th century, made what was likely the most recognizable watch in the world. But, that’s the situation with Movado.

For its latest release of 2026, Louis Vuitton has announced five new Tambour Spin Time watches that will be joining the brand’s lineup as permanent collection offerings.

One of the most noteworthy releases from Chronoswiss in recent years has been the introduction of its PULSE collection, which originally debuted in 2025 as the Swiss brand’s first integrated bracelet model. Rather than adhering to the familiar 1970s Genta-inspired design codes that frequently serve as the template for this popular genre of timepieces, the PULSE lineup has its own distinct style that represents a thoroughly modern expression of the brand’s foundational aesthetic.

With the striking, retro-futuristic “Glassbox” Carrera arguably becoming the face of the brand, it can be easy to forget that TAG Heuer still offers its most versatile chronograph with a more conventional, bezel-equipped layout. While the Jetson-esque, bubble-dome base Carrera dominates enthusiast discourse, the larger, more traditional Carrera Chronograph Sport has been offering a traditional, purpose-built look for those who desire it.

For the most part, Vaer has largely adhered to the classic genres of timepieces, such as divers, GMT’s, field watches, and racing chronographs. However, among the Los Angeles brand’s more recent (and unexpected) releases for 2026 is the Vaer G2 Fairway GMT. This takes the core blueprint of the brand’s entry-level quartz GMT model and transforms its rotating bezel into an analog score-keeping system specifically tailored to the sport of golf.
