First and foremost, a disclaimer: Fake watches are bad, and I cannot and do not recommend, suggest, or condone buying, owning, or even considering any of them for any reason. The world of watches is full of amazing timekeepers at every price point from honorable brands. I have never bought or owned a fake watch, and I don’t intend on starting now.

It’s funny how “everything Rolex” works β€” and that includes opinions. If I were to praise it, I would be told I drank too much of the Crown’s Kool-Aid. If I criticized it, I am a hater “who doesn’t get it.” Well, here we go, anyway.

It’s been a good while since I reviewed a Chronoswiss watch. My last impression was that the brand pays thorough attention to detail, offers solid quality of execution, has some neo-old-school charm, and an unquestionably luxurious price to match. When I saw this, the Lunar Chronograph Aurora, I reached out and asked for a unit to sample where Chronoswiss is these days.
