LOGAN — A 67-year-old local man already fighting aggravated assault and stalking charges is now facing new allegations of sexual exploitation of a minor and soliciting an adult for sex. Thomas Lee Peterson faces a total of nine charges across four separate cases. According to charging documents, Peterson was charged July 9 in 1st District Court in Logan following an investigation by the Logan City Police Department.

SALT LAKE CITY — The Utah Division of Wildlife Resources issued fish salvage orders expanding daily fishing limits at Pineview Reservoir as well as six other fisheries in the state. Low water levels from construction projects and ongoing drought is impacting Pineview Reservoir. Pineview was designated as a blue-ribbon fishery by the Utah Department of Natural Resources.

She was born April 12, 1932, in Preston, Idaho to Alexander (Zan) and Garnett Bowles Marshall. As an only child Sandra grew up in Preston, Idaho. After her father passed in 1944, she moved to Downey, Idaho where her stepfather owned and operated Downata Hot Springs. Upon high school graduation she then attended Idaho State University in Pocatello Idaho, majoring in English.
