Tourism Ireland "Hotel Bed" 9 September 2026 10s The sixth instalment of this series of mini ads for Tourism Ireland has a cloaked traitor finding his or her way to a hotel room at the end of a long day of treachery. Like every other visitor to the country, they will be much relieved to find a comfortable bed on which to relax and to contemplate the following day's activities... for most of us, perhaps a castle, for this individual: murder! Tourism Ireland 'Breakfast'
Tourism Ireland "Breakfast" 9 September 2026 10s It's breakfast time in the next instalment of this series of shorts which has Tourism Ireland associating itself with smash hit The Traitors. The self-styled most important meal of the day is one of the dramatic staples of the programme as it's the moment when contestants discover who has been bumped off the night before. Here, the presence of a cloaked figure doesn't stir as much intrigue as might be expected. Ireland Tourist Boards
Tourism Ireland 'Jacuzzi'
Advert Jason Stone What does a traitor wear in a jacuzzi in The Traitors? Why, their cloak, of course... otherwise we might know who they are. UK watercoolers will be boiling over with speculation when the new series of Celebrity Traitors begins later this month, and these shorts for Tourism Ireland tied to the Irish edition offer a fun reminder of the shenanigans ahead.
King's Hawaiian 'MMMondays'
In 1997, Taylor Hanson and his brothers scored a huge hit with the song MMMbop, and they've been trading on it ever since, and in this slick ad for King's Hawaiian, Hanson takes another bite of this tiny, tiny cherry. Facing another unappealing Monday, an office worker is perked up no end by having one of the bakery's delicious snacks handed to her by her childhood crush, who then proceeds to play an adapted bit from the song that brought him fame nearly three decades ago.
De Baak 'More Focus'
De Baak "More Focus" 9 September 2026 20s As in the other ad in this campaign, it's the sound that really nails the concept, even though it's the visuals that contain the core idea... namely, that the advertised training service will equip punters with the ability to place focus where it really matters. You kind of get the impression that that means abandoning career goals in favour of wellbeing, but presumably De Baak are more about stiffening upper lip-s for corporate battles.
Tourism Ireland 'Golf'
Advert Jason Stone In another of the entertaining shorts connecting Tourism Ireland with the cultural phenomenon of The Traitors, one of the programme's cloaked villains is relaxing on the golf course. As in the other executions, it is the absurdity that provides the charm and the humour... on this occasion as he or she wields a golf club in their distinctive fancy dress.
Marketing Manchester 'Manchester: Home of Everything'
There's a W1A feel to the comedy in this lengthy celebration of all things Manchester with the north-west city setting out its stall to be considered the most culturally significant city in the UK. But wait, we hear you say, only London deserves that accolade... and as true as that may be because of the capital's heft, the evidence provided by this film makes it clear that it's not as cut and dried as might be thought.
David Reviews: De Baak 'Focus'
Advert Jason Stone De Baak "Focus" 9 September 2026 20s One of a pair of new ads for Dutch training company De Baak which focus on, well, focus. The idea of a lack of focus is expressed through the blurriness of being literally out of focus until a shift at the end which signifies the benefit of the advertised service. Interestingly, it's the sound rather than the imagery (with all of its focus on focus) that gets the idea across.
Tourism Ireland 'Cycling'
Advert Jason Stone In another of the short ads for Tourism Ireland making the most of the cultural phenomenon that is The Traitors, a cloaked villain pedals past a cluster of other cyclists as they ride through the park. Director Tiny Bullet doesn't need to do too much here as she's obviously aware that comedy is delivered by the absurdity of the juxtaposition.
Tourism Ireland 'Paddle Boarding'
Advert Jason Stone With a new series of the celebrity edition of The Traitors imminent in the UK, a new campaign for Tourism Ireland attaches itself to one of the most valuable current assets in the media with a series of short executions referencing the programme's cloaked villains. In this execution, we are treated to the unlikely sight of a traitor on a paddle board.
