Earlier this year, Burger King President Tom Curtis publicly shared his phone number, and more than 2,300 customers reached out. Costco is facing a proposed class-action lawsuit over Orgain Organic Plant-Based Protein Powder sold in its stores and online. The lawsuit alleges that certain Orgain protein powders contain heavy metals, including lead, cadmium, and arsenic. Orgain says its products are safe, and there hasn’t been an FDA recall.
