Every song Obscura and Fallujah are playing on the Shred Fest 2026 tour, and when they are on stage. Obscura played 10 songs at Lion Arts Factory, Adelaide on 4 September 2026, 1 of them in the encore. Fallujah played 8 songs at Rosemount Hotel, Perth on 3 September 2026. The tour is billed as “Shred Fest 2026”. The show is on Happy’s gig guide.

There’s something pretty great about an artist reaching a point in their career where the catalogue is big enough to start digging through the forgotten corners. For Vince Charming, that meant revisiting six “orphaned” songs that had been sitting around for years, bringing in collaborators and turning them into Man Out of Time.

Saddle up, Zelda fans! Nintendo has announced the release date for their remake of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, as well as opening pre-orders for the much-awaited game. Get your wallets out — you won’t wanna miss this. Nintendo’s announced the game will be released internationally on November 5 for the Switch 2, with pre-orders already open. The original game came out in 1998, releasing on the Nintendo 64.

Zack Inglis – Gold Park review There’s something pretty refreshing about an album that doesn’t feel the need to throw everything at you. Across ten tracks, Zack Inglis’ Gold Park sits somewhere between indie rock, folk and a little inner punk, with the guitar, voice and songwriting doing most of the work. It’s easy to hear the Frank Turner influence here – we did say inner punk – because Inglis has that same knack for making an acoustic guitar feel like enough.

D’Angelo’s son Marcus D’Angelo Archer Jr. will play Biggie in Snoop Dogg’s new Universal biopic, alongside Jonathan Daviss as Snoop. There have recently been a bunch of new additions to the cast, as reported by Variety, and the one that has gotten people most excited is none other than rap royalty Marcus D’Angelo Archer Jr., also known as SwayvoTwain. The son of neo-soul icons D’Angelo and Angie Stone will join Jonathan Daviss (Outer Banks, Do Revenge), who will be playing the Doggfather himself.

Psych rock, baby. Western Australia has been producing some seriously good psychedelic rock for decades, and Lake Mammoth clearly know their way around that particular haze. Following up their last single ‘Sink In’, ‘Snake Canyon’ finds the Boorloo/Wyalup outfit settling into a loose, instrumental groove that feels equal parts psych, funk and Western noir. It starts with a funky bassline, a shaker tucked into the rhythm and a guitar that seems to slowly drift into the room.

‘Don’t Scream’ tackles the aftermath of sexual assault with gritty production, beautiful guitar and a deeply poignant vocal performance. Warning: this review discusses sexual assault. This is a tough subject on any day, and it’s admirable that Dylan Cosgriff has put this experience to song – not least to remind us that these things are still happening, but also to try to make sense of it all. ‘Don’t Scream’ starts off synthy and gritty, with effects that make the track feel slightly disorienting.
