‘Don’t Scream’ tackles the aftermath of sexual assault with gritty production, beautiful guitar and a deeply poignant vocal performance. Warning: this review discusses sexual assault. This is a tough subject on any day, and it’s admirable that Dylan Cosgriff has put this experience to song – not least to remind us that these things are still happening, but also to try to make sense of it all. ‘Don’t Scream’ starts off synthy and gritty, with effects that make the track feel slightly disorienting.

This is a sad bop, plain and simple. Theo Williams pairs indie-pop production with a slightly heartbreaking story, making ‘I Could Have Been Your Girl’ pretty hard to sit still through. I don’t know much about Hansok, but ‘Endzone’ is my favourite song here.

Trey Parker and Matt Stone have decided that the name of their show, which has been sitting pretty comfortably for nearly 30 years, could do with a little work. The announcement came just after South Park picked up a Creative Arts Emmy for Outstanding Animated Program, with its 29th season on the way.
