KXII, virtual and VHF digital channel 12, is a CBS/MyNetworkTV/Fox-affiliated television station licensed to Sherman, Texas, United States and serving the Sherman–Ada television market. The station is owned by Gray Television. KXII (along with all associated low-power relay stations) share studios on Texoma Parkway (SH 91) in northeastern Sherman, with an additional studio on South Commerce Street (U.S. Route 77) and Elks Boulevard in southwestern Ardmore, Oklahoma. KXII's transmitter is located along Oklahoma State Highway 99 in rural northeastern Marshall County, Oklahoma (southwest of Madill). KXII's signal is relayed on low-power translator station KXIP-LD (channel 12) in Paris, Texas (in the Dallas–Fort Worth television market) and also over low-power station K28QF-D (channel 28) in Sherman. The Valdosta Police Department said officers responded to the home Sunday morning after receiving a call about a man threatening to harm himself. When officers arrived, they heard a gunshot inside the house and forced entry, police said. Once inside, they found an unharmed child and two adults with gunshot wounds.
