Saturday Weather: Dry, gusty Labor Day weekend ahead for Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Labor Day weekend is getting off to a strong start across the region, with dry southwesterly flow expected to keep conditions mostly quiet. Gusty winds are expected Saturday, with a few gusts up to 30 mph possible. Even higher gusts could develop around the lower Colorado. Despite the breeze, Saturday is forecast to be mostly sunny and mild, with highs in the mid to upper 90s.

Crash blocks left lanes on southbound I-11 at I-15, RTC says
LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A crash on southbound Interstate 11 at Interstate 15 blocked the left lanes according to RTC. Nevada Highway Patrol reported the incident as an accident with injury at about 7:42 p.m. Traffic cameras showed traffic moving slowly in the area, and motorists are advised to take an alternate route.
