Disney’s biennial D23 fan event will offer a “deep dive into Kingdom Hearts” on 15th August, potentially hinting at new info on the upcoming Kingdom Hearts 4. While the blurb doesn’t explicitly mention the latest instalment in the Square Enix RPG, the timing fits given the re-emergence of the game earlier this year. The summary reads: “Join us for a journey through light and darkness as we commemorate 25 years of Kingdom Hearts.

Build A Rocket Boy, the development studio behind MindsEye, is in hot water with staff after hosting a playtest for fans. Over the weekend, current and former staff members of the developer protested outside its Edinburgh headquarters. According to the Independent Workers Union of Great Britain (IWGB), the company organised an "extravagant playtest event" at great expense for fans to test new features for MindsEye.
