There is undeniably a lot riding on Marathon right now. With Destiny 2 announcing its end, and Destiny 3 supposedly not in active development, Bungie needs a win. Marathon hasn’t quite been the commercial slam dunk that it was hoping for, even though for me, it’s currently holding the top spot for my GOTY. So, I was really hoping that Bungie would come out swinging with its second season of Marathon, titled Nightfall.

This week we learned that the summer update for Destiny 2 will be its last. And as I read through Bungie’s blog, I couldn’t help but feel a mixture of conflicting emotions, namely sadness and relief. Across both the original Destiny and Destiny 2, I have wracked up over 1,500 hours with the series, enjoying each of its expansions from The Dark Below all the way to The Final Shape.

Reviews Kwalee PS5 Luna Abyss The Red Moon rises Version Reviewed: PS5 Pro / European When I first started playing Luna Abyss, I really wasn’t sure about it. Admittedly, I can be a bit of a snob when it comes to shiny graphics and gameplay feel, and from my first moment with the game, I could tell that Luna Abyss was firmly AA. However, across my 10+ hours with the game, I was steadily won over by a shooter that impresses not just with its bullet hell gameplay, but its harrowing sci-fi world.
