Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, the two-Michelin-starred restaurant and hotel founded by Raymond Blanc, is set to close its doors for a major redevelopment. The Oxfordshire estate, which first opened in 1984, will close its doors in January 2026 for 18 months of extensive works, with plans to reopen in summer 2027.
