The New York State Broadcasters Association today named Heidi Raphael its next president and chief executive officer, the group said. Raphael will succeed David Donovan, who has led the association for 15 years and will transition from the top role later this year while continuing to direct the association’s government relations and advocacy efforts in Albany and Washington.
