(CNN) - The U.S. Department of Agriculture says Shanghai Ravioli Corporation is recalling approximately 24,900 pounds of frozen, not-ready-to-eat buffalo chicken products. The products were sold to food service locations in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont. Shanghai Ravioli initiated the recall because the products were not inspected properly. That could result in undeclared allergens or harmful bacteria. There have been no reports of illnesses.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC/Gray News) - A Tennessee mother is facing multiple child neglect charges after police say four of her eight children were left alone at a dirty home with no air conditioning. Keenia Haynes is charged with four counts of child neglect after Memphis Police say four of her children – a 2-year-old, a 3-year-old and 2-month-old twins – were left home alone Wednesday. Police were called just after 2:45 p.m. Wednesday regarding a child welfare concern.

GOODYEAR, Ariz. (AZFamily/Gray News) - A 92-year-old Arizona man accused of attacking and killing his wife had been showing signs of dementia, his family says. John Biggs Jr., 92, was arrested Monday after his wife, 89-year-old Jane Biggs, was found dead inside their home, according to the Goodyear Police Department. He is facing charges of second-degree murder and aggravated assault.
