Jared Kraham is highlighting a major court victory against the owners of a problem property on the city’s South Side. The City of Binghamton secured a $634,550 judgment per respondent against the owners of 11 Stone Street after a New York State Supreme Court judge found 19 of 20 code violations were not corrected. Officials say the property had serious issues, including no heat or hot water, a collapsing ceiling, and missing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
