A lifeguard is detailing his terrifying encounter with a great white shark. He says that he was pulled underwater by the animal while in Maine. Greg Wilfert told News Center Maine that he was swimming with a yellow rescue torpedo when he felt something pull him under the water. "I thought I was caught in the prop of a boat, but I soon realized it wasn't a prop of a boat," he recalled to the outlet.

They were aboard a tourist flight when the vehicle plummeted from the sky. The Military Fire Department of the State of Rio de Janeiro confirmed the deadly crash at Tijuca National Park on August 8. The four had been in a sightseeing helicopter near Vista Chinesa when the aircraft crashed.

But he suffered several injuries. 65-year-old Carl Isom-McDaniel said he was just unlucky. Still in the hospital, he recalled how he and his grandson stopped to take pictures. They noticed the bison while walking at the Bridge Bay Campground in Wyoming on July 10. The two had just finished dinner.
