The vegetable and fruit producer said the lettuce was distributed from June 29 through July 16 in 27 states including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan and Texas.

ST. LOUIS (First Alert 4/Gray News) - A St. Louis man is facing charges, including murder, after police said he shot at a group of people rummaging through his parked car. Timothy Kemper, 39, is charged with first-degree murder, first-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon and three counts of armed criminal action in the 22nd Judicial Circuit Court of St. Louis, according to court records. According to the court documents, Kemper’s lawyer argued the shooting was self-defense.
