Firefighters say a faulty boiler caused elevated carbon monoxide levels at a home in Sunapee Thursday night. Crews were called to a home on North Road just before 11 p.m. for a carbon monoxide alarm. Officials say everyone was out of the home when firefighters arrived. Firefighters found life-threatening levels of carbon monoxide inside. Additional crews were called in to help with ventilation. Once carbon monoxide levels reached zero on all three floors, the homeowners were allowed back inside.
