「晶華國際酒店集團」旗下的「北投晶泉丰旅」自去年9月開始試營運，歷經多個月，終於於本月開幕，本日（25日）舉辦記者會，包含晶華國際酒店集團董事長潘思亮、營運長吳偉正、晶泉丰旅品牌總經理陳惠芳、交通部觀光署署長周永暉、北市府財政局副局長張雅惠與觀傳局副局長薛秋火、富邦人壽董事長林福星等多人出席剪綵，晶華國際酒店集團董事長潘思亮在現場談及，自試營運開始的第一月就已住房率達到80%，平均房價也突破萬元，在Google評論更是有高達4.9顆星的優質評價，在全台灣所有五星級酒店更排名第一，成績斐然。 「北投晶泉丰旅」籌建期耗時超過三年，位居新北投捷運站步行僅數分鐘的距離，而在如此優越的地理位置，其地主為北市財政局所有，在富邦人壽取得地上權與興建完成建築主體後，再交由晶華國際酒店集團承租經營，而試營運至今，不只第一月就已住房率達到80%，平均房價亦突破萬元，在Google評論更有高達4.9顆星的高評價，且更有多達4成的住客來自香港、澳門、新加坡與馬來西亞等，也因此成為北市財政局首宗以地上權方式實施都市更新事業的成功案例。...
