Heavy rain is expected to cause disruption across South Wales at the start of next week. A yellow weather warning for rain from the Met Office is in place from 6pm on Monday, January 26, to 2pm on Tuesday, January 27. This warning covers Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly, Monmouthshire, Newport and Torfaen, as well as Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and the Vale of Glamorgan. The Met Office has warned of "medium impact” in the affected areas.
