1 Introduction Early stages of COVID-19 were associated with dramatic changes in healthcare including provision and utilization, especially in preventive and elective care [1-3]. The pandemic restrictions resulted in a 45.55% and 12.17% average relative decline in the aggregated utilization of all medications among both incident and prevalent users, respectively [4]. During the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, nations worldwide implemented lockdowns, severely restricting transportation.
