London, 9th April 2025 – The Centre for Finance, Technology and Entrepreneurship (CFTE) is proud to announce the launch of its newest programme, Generative AI for Climate Change in Financial Services, designed to equip finance professionals with the tools to navigate the growing impact of climate change using the latest advancements in artificial intelligence.

Last week, artificial intelligence hit a major milestone. For the first time ever, a large language model officially passed the three-party Turing test – and did so more convincingly than actual humans. According to a new study by UC San Diego, GPT-4.5 was judged to be human 73% of the time when tested, outperforming even real human participants. Let’s unpack what this means and why it matters.
