Melina Chalkia is a multimedia journalist from Greece, currently based in Chicago. She's pursuing a Bachelor's in Journalism and International Studies at Northwestern University. Melina has previously worked with CNN International, NBC and Scripps News, as a reporter, producer and newsgatherer. She's passionate about international affairs and broadcast journalism. As a student and freelancer, Melina has reported in the field and produced newscasts for student and national networks.
