A Floyd County teenager has been indicted on several felony charges related to an August incident in which he allegedly was involved in shooting at vehicles traveling on U.S. 23. The indictment, issued on Aug. 27 by a Floyd County grand jury, charges Westin Harris, 19, of Florence Hall Estates, Allen, with complicity to first-degree wanton endangerment (six counts), first-degree criminal mischief (five counts) and complicity to discharging a firearm/other device upon/across a public roadway.
