What does it mean to work with and for communities as representatives of the neoliberal university? Singapore is one of the fastest-ageing societies in the world. By 2030, one in four Singaporeans will be over 65 years of age. One of the main concerns and challenges associated with an ageing population is how families can fulfil eldercare needs adequately, and the ways in which caregivers can be supported so that the care responsibilities are not too much to bear.
