I have broad experience in media, communications, policy development and stakeholder relations in business, government and the not-for-profit sector. I have worked as a newspaper editor and manager, public relations consultant, media adviser and ministerial Chief of Staff.

I established the Bundaberg Now online news service for Bundaberg Regional Council.

I have previously been editor of the Kalgoorlie Miner, Centralian Advocate, The Border Watch, Myrtleford Times, Port Pirie Recorder and West Coast Sentinel.
