He caught the esports bug in 2010, but took eight years to figure out he should write about it. Throwing away a promising career in marketing and PR, he now specialises in Dota 2, Esports, and gaming in general since 2019. When not glued to tournaments taking place on the other side of the globe, he spends time nurturing an unhealthy addiction to MMOs and gacha games.

Artosis and Tasteless are two of my esports heroes. Their documentary Sons of Starcraft is how I explained to my parents about esports.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
I founded my highschool's newspaper in sixth-form, called the Fairfax Vigilante. The teacher in charge left the school and it died.
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
My profiles of top Dota pros are some of the things I've enjoyed researching and writing the most.
