MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- A Montgomery County jury convicted Sean Carroll Aveihle of Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child and delivered a 37-year sentence in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice following a trial in the 9th District Court, presided over by Judge Phil Grant. Under Texas law, this sentence carries no eligibility for parole. The case was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorneys Brittney Aaron and Tamara Tyler with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office.
