Dansk Selskab for ledelse i Sundhedsvæsenet
Midlerne ligger ud over det normale regionale anlægsniveau. Så hvordan skal midlerne anvendes, hvordan er tidsplaner, prioritering og struktur, og har vi husket det hele?

A Novel Case of Indolent T‐Lymphoblastic Proliferation in Metastatic High‐Grade Serous Adenocarcinoma
A 63-year-old woman presented with lower extremity swelling and skin thickening of the breasts. Imaging demonstrated generalized lymphadenopathy above and below the diaphragm, hypermetabolic lesions in the left ovary and both breasts, and findings suggestive of peritoneal carcinomatosis. Serum cancer antigen 125 (CA-125) was elevated at 290 U/mL (reference range: < 35 U/mL). On suspicion of lymphoma or metastatic carcinoma, an excisional inguinal lymph node biopsy was performed.
Prognostic gene expression and microRNA profiling signatures and genetic alterations in primary testicular diffuse large B-cell lymphoma - Blood Cancer Journal
Abstract Primary testicular (PT) diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is a rare and aggressive lymphoma with distinct clinical and molecular characteristics. To identify prognostic biomarkers in PT-DLBCL, in this study we analyzed DNA and RNA samples of PT-DLBCL tumors from 206 patients using next-generation sequencing platforms and assays.
Liquid Biopsy for Enhanced Specificity in Identifying Somatic Mutations in Aggressive Non‐Hodgkin Large B‐Cell Lymphoma: A Comparative Study of Cell‐Free DNA and Formalin‐Fixed Paraffin‐Embedded Tissue
1 Introduction In the era of precision medicine, the plethora of novel therapeutic options for aggressive large B-cell lymphomas alongside the increasingly extensive knowledge of lymphoma biology and genomic heterogeneity necessitates accurate lymphoma characterization and identification of specific genomic alterations [1-3]. Traditionally, formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tumor tissue biopsies have been the cornerstone for acquiring tumor DNA for such molecular analyses.
A Case‐Driven Multi‐Omics Analysis for Longitudinal Ibrutinib Response Evaluation of Patients With Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia
1 Introduction Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), the most common leukemia in adults, typically progresses slowly but remains incurable. Treatment options include Bruton tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitors, chemo-immunotherapy, stem cell transplantation, and cellular immunotherapy in advanced stages of the disease. A notable aspect of BTK inhibitors, such as ibrutinib, is prolonged lymphocytosis.

UN Memories: Why I founded the International Gender Champions
UN Memories: Why I founded the International Gender Champions As gender equality remains a distant reality, engaging international decision-makers is essential to set us on the right path From 2013 to 2019, Michael Møller served as the 12th Director-General of the United Nations Office at Geneva. During his time in office, he co-founded the International Gender Champions, a leadership network bringing together international decision-makers to break down gender barriers.
Om læren om vejen - og om kortfilmen
Richard Raskin var banebrydende med sine syv parametre for kortfilm. Med The YIN and YANG of Short Film Storytelling forener han sine to passioner: daoisme og kortfilm. Bogen bliver ikke en “game changer”, som Kortfilmen som fortælling blev det i 2001. Men den sætter ord på facetter og oplevelsespositioner ved seerens møde med kunst på en ny og fascinerende facon. Science's valuable lessons from journeys into the unknown
This year, science has been in the spotlight as never before, and it’s instructive to look not only at the progress science enables but also at the values that it promotes. Both are crucial for the sustainable future of humanity. Science is by its very nature transformational – a journey into the unknown requiring the highest levels of creativity, complemented by the most sophisticated of tools. As such, it’s the fuel of progress.

Peace starts at home: US elections and what it means for the future of peacebuilding
Just over 160 years ago, Abraham Lincoln, at the time a little-known American politician running for US senate, quoted the Bible, saying: “a house divided against itself cannot stand”. As Americans head into election day, the nation is arguably more fragmented and divided than at any time since that period of the 1861 Civil War that Lincoln unwittingly foreshadowed in his speech three years earlier.
Elections, democracy and Covid-19
As Americans cast their votes in the US, we look at the challenges Covid-19 poses to an integral democratic process. How do you hold an election during a pandemic? In the months since the spread of Covid-19, many countries have grappled with this question. And at a time when populations across the globe are witnessing an erosion of their freedoms, tools intended to protect democratic rights are under more scrutiny than ever. Elections and Covid-19.

Why the mental health of aid workers is vital to Covid recovery
The mental health support needs of humanitarian workers have increased during the pandemic. As much of the world braces for another wave of Covid-19 infections, the pandemic’s toll on mental health is increasingly evident. Increased social isolation, heightened anxiety over income and job losses, and bereavement is worsening mental health across the globe.

UN weighs in on Big Tech governance debate
Digital finance in the Covid-19 era is growing up fast. Alongside the surge in remote working and e-commerce, the pandemic is also adding fuel to changes in the financial sector, with more people paying and transacting online than ever before. Apple Pay accounts for around five per cent of global card transactions. In China, AntGroup is taking the charge, with the payments services firm now preparing for what could be the world’s biggest IPO.
The imperative of a new multilateralism - enhanced by science
The imperative of a new multilateralism – enhanced by science You don’t need me to tell you that we are living in a really troubled world. Covid-19 has indeed revealed, and in many cases reinforced, the dramatic failures of our societies and has highlighted in very stark ways the stress that multilateralism is now under, and the very serious consequences that abandoning a collective management of the affairs of our planet is having, and will have, on people across the globe.
