As we move into the beginning of what seems a never ending election season, we Texans have some decisions to make. These decisions will be hard for some who are aligned with the current ruling party in Austin. For others, it’s an opportunity to change our state government and head in a new direction. We all have to decide if we are happy with the status quo. There are many issues facing us. Our schools are failing from lack of funding and support.

It has also been used to monitor changes in strength properties of fiber reinforced concrete. In the oil and gas industry, AE is predominantly used to study fracture initiation and propagation. In particular, charac-terization of samples is key for evaluating subsurface formations for successful under-ground storage.
