According to The Athletic's David Ornstein, Real Madrid are working on a deal to sign Man City midfielder Rodri. The two clubs are yet to enter direct negotiations, but Madrid are confident an agreement can be reached. Previously, sources at the La Liga club insisted that Rodri was not part of their summer plans. However, after the 30-year-old's impressive performances at the World Cup, which won him the Golden Ball award, Real Madrid have made a U-turn.
