Outcome clusters and their stability over 1 year in patients with SLE: self-reported and performance-based cognitive function, disease activity, mood and health-related quality of life
Discussion The aim of our study was to determine if self-reported outcomes, including the PDQ-20 and HRQoL, disease activity scores (SLEDAI-2K) and ACR-NB cluster into distinct groups in patients with SLE, and if these clusters change at 1-year follow-up. We found three distinct clusters of patients with SLE in association with PROs and cognition. Symptom burden was lowest in the mild cluster patients and highest in the severe cluster.
