Michelle Cioci Adams is the managing editor for Buffalo Business First. A graduate of Kent State University, she spent 12 years in a number of roles at the Observer-Dispatch in Utica. She oversees daily newsroom operations for Business First. She also coordinates Business First’s Diversity Advisory Board and manages content for several awards programs and special publications including 40 Under 40, Power 100 Business Leaders of Color and C-Level Executives.
