Abstract While liquid biopsy has potential to transform cancer diagnostics through minimally-invasive detection and monitoring of tumors, the impact of preanalytical factors such as the timing and anatomical location of blood draw is not well understood. To address this gap, we leveraged pet dogs with spontaneous cancer as a model system for liquid biopsy of plasma cell-free DNA (cfDNA), as their compressed disease timeline facilitates rapid diagnostic benchmarking.

As First United Methodist Church prepares to celebrate its 200th anniversary in 2027, the congregation is inviting the community to help tell its story — one wedding at a time. The church is seeking 200 wedding photos from couples who were married at First United Methodist Church, spanning generations. To make participation easy, the church will host a free photo scanning event, allowing individuals to bring in printed photos to be digitized on-site.
