The Point Guards Who Came Before Steph Curry
Steph Curry is changing the game - or already has changed it. Since the addition of the three-point line in 1980, the small guy finally had an offensive weapon that didn't require him to bang bodies inside the paint to dominate games. It's easy to forget that the NBA once only belonged to the biggest and strongest players around - Wilt Chamberlain, Bill Russell, Kareem and Karl Malone.
2016 NBA Mock Draft Based on End of the Regular Season Standings
Buddy Hield SG, Oklahoma- Buddy Hield was fantastic this year, arguably the most entertaining player to watch, and the rightful winner of the John Wooden Award. He averaged 25-7-2 per game while shooting 49.6% from the field and 46.4% from downtown. He led the Sooners to the final four and finished with the second most points in March Madness history. Alonso is still young enough to have a good career if he can rebound from his injuries and recapture his fine rookie year form. And maybe Maxwell will do better in another defensive scheme, for another defensive coordinator who isn't as terrible as Billy Davis. I'm actually shocked the Eagles didn't keep him.
What Is Dave Chappelle Doing These Days?
He was the headliner for the Funny or Die Oddball and Curiosity Festival, which ran from August 23rd to September 22nd. Once the "Festival" was finished, he continued giving performances in Alaska, Seattle, Portland, San Diego, Ames Iowa, and Minneapolis Minnesota. The Funny or Die tour was Dave's first big tour in years. On the opening of the first show, Dave was greeted enthusiastically by his fans. One reporter stated that there was a shared sense of gratitude between Dave and his fans.
