We have more NIL money than before but we still can’t compete with the SEC big Dogs. A. Four-star quarterback Colton Nussmeier is ESPN’s No. 4 pocket passer in the 2027 class. He announced his commitment to Georgia on Friday. Arkansas thought they had him. I don’t think it was just about money.

Q. Our first question is from HillCountryRazorback who asks: What went wrong in the Kansas Regional? At the SEC Tournament I really thought these guys were rolling. Then they turned back into the team that didn’t have enough pitching in spite of good hitting. To me when they lost game two against Kansas they were cooked. Arkansas, with good hitting can win a third game in a regional but not four and certainly not five. So what happened in that first game against Kansas? Arkansas didn’t hit.

Q. Our first question is more of a statement. HillCountryHog says: I get wanting to play a regional in Baum-Walker but this decision could be a blessing. A. Well right off the bat they get a chance at maybe some revenge from Missouri State which beat Arkansas 14-13 on the last day of March in Springfield. Zack Stewart will be pumped. That’s his former team. He went 1-3 in that game. Scored a run but did not get an RBI.
