Degradable, Skin-Conformal Nanocomposite-Based Bioelectronic Patches for High-Fidelity Electrophysiology and Gesture-Controlled Robotics
1 Introduction Flexible, skin-conformable electronics (e-skins) are emerging as a platform for continuous physiological monitoring [1, 2] and human-machine interfaces (HMI) [3, 4], as they enable stable, long-term biosignal acquisition during daily activities and provide direct, conformal interfaces with prosthetic and interactive systems.
Envelope-accumulation demodulation of low-SNR Loran-C data with ≥ 5 dB sensitivity gain
Abstract To enhance the demodulation performance of Loran-C signals and improve the autonomous timing capability of Loran-C receivers, we propose an Envelope Conjugate Multiplication Accumulation (ECMA) demodulation scheme based on envelope accumulation. Theoretical analysis demonstrates that the proposed ECMA scheme provides a stable signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) gain and exhibits greater robustness to skywave interference than conventional demodulation methods.
Gate-imprinted memory and light-induced erasure of superconductivity at KTaO 3 -based interfaces
Abstract Realizing non-volatile control of superconductivity is a key step toward integrating memory and quantum functionality in future information technologies. KTaO₃-based heterostructures uniquely host interfacial two-dimensional superconductivity and quantum paraelectric lattice background. The coupling between these two degrees of freedom potentially provides a promising route to encode memory into the superconducting state.
Hematoma-driven immuno-epigenetic remodeling after intracerebral hemorrhage: cell-type-specific mechanisms and therapeutic opportunities
Abstract Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) is a life-threatening subtype of stroke characterized by the acute accumulation of blood within the brain parenchyma and progressive secondary brain injury. After ICH, dysregulated neuroinflammation drives a cascade of secondary injury processes that shape neurological deterioration and long-term recovery.

The ‘New’ Logic in Dewey’s Pragmatism and its Echo in Contemporary Logic
Lei Chen Ming Dong Chengbing Wang Keywords: Dewey’s logical theory, inquiry, fallibilism, situation, contemporary logic Abstract The logical theory of John Dewey, a representative of classical pragmatism, is an important part of his philosophy but has not been paid full attention by scholars. The paper explores three major aspects of Dewey’s logical thought with the attempts to present the theoretical claims of his doctrine of logic. On this basis, the paper analyses the internal connection...
The Intracerebral Haemorrhage in Patients With Dengue Fever: A Systematic Review and Meta‐Analysis
1 Introduction Dengue virus infection poses a significant health threat, affecting at least 3.6 billion people across more than 125 countries in tropical and subtropical regions who are at high risk [1, 2]. Dengue is the most rapidly spreading mosquito-borne disease in worldwide and recent study estimated the global burden of dengue to be approximately 390 million infections per annually [3].
Brain-computer interface wired for the future
Once relegated to the realm of science fiction, brain-computer interface (BCI) technology is now emerging from the lab and entering hospitals, with Beijing footing the bill this time. On April 10, it was announced that the first clinical and translational ward for BCI in China has been inaugurated at Tianjin Huanhu Hospital, affiliated with Tianjin University.

ViraLite: an ultracompact HIV viral load self-testing system with internal quality control
Abstract Effective antiretroviral therapy has transformed HIV into a manageable chronic condition, provided viral suppression is maintained through routine viral load (VL) monitoring. Access to frequent VL testing remains limited, particularly outside centralized clinical settings. Decentralized and at-home HIV VL testing requires low-volume systems designed for patient operation. These systems must distinguish true viral suppression from test failure.

Sample‐to‐answer salivary miRNA testing: New frontiers in point‐of‐care diagnostic technologies
1 INTRODUCTION MicroRNA (miRNA) are a series of non-coding small RNAs, typically comprising 18–26 nucleotides, that play critical roles in gene regulation (Wronska, 2023). Initially discovered in 1993 in Caenorhabditis elegans (Reinhart et al., 2000), the miRNA database miRbase has made significant strides in cataloging these molecules. To date, it has listed 1917 precursor miRNA (pre-miRNA) and 2654 mature miRNA (Gebert & MacRae, 2019; Nemeth et al., 2023).

Polarization Direction of Arrival Estimation for Vector Array of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Swarm
1. Introduction In recent years, due to the low cost and miniaturization of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), the UAV swarm has become an important part of UAV cooperation and has gained more and more attention in the military and civilian in recent years [1,2,3,4,5]. A UAV swarm consists of a large number of smaller UAVs equipped with a small number of antennas in a certain arrangement [6,7,8,9,10,11].
Spatial and temporal regeneration patterns within gaps in the primary forests vs. secondary forests of Northeast China
1 Introduction The escalating issue of forest degradation has emerged as a formidable global challenge confronting humanity (Global Forest Resources Assessment, 2020). How to guide degraded forests toward positive succession has become a global concern (Hua et al., 2022). Degraded forests, such as secondary forests, often require forest management to accelerate their restoration to the primary forest with more stability and resilience.

OPN N‐glycosylation promoted bone destruction
Abstract Objectives Exploring the role of OPN N-glycosylation in osteoblasts and osteoclasts. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of OPN in mice with apical periodontitis. The asparagine at position 79 of the OPN protein was mutated to glutamine, and the above plasmids were transfected into osteoblasts and osteoclasts. The effect of OPN N-glycosylation on proliferation of osteoblasts and osteoclasts was detected by CCK8 assays.

Publication Trends in Acupuncture Research: A 20-Year Bibliometric Analysis Based on PubMed
Acupuncture has become popular and widely practiced in many countries around the world. Despite the large amount of acupuncture-related literature that has been published, broader trends in the prevalence and scope of acupuncture research remain underexplored. The current study quantitatively analyzes trends in acupuncture research publications in the past 20 years. A bibliometric approach was used to search PubMed for all acupuncture-related research articles including clinical and animal studies.
ERK-dependent mTOR pathway is involved in berberine-induced autophagy in hepatic steatosis
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is a burgeoning health problem and is considered as a hepatic manifestation of metabolic syndrome. Increasing evidence demonstrates that berberine (BBR), a natural plant alkaloid, is beneficial for obesity-associated NAFLD. However, the mechanisms about how BBR improves hepatic steatosis remain uncertain. Recently, some reports revealed that enhanced autophagy could decrease hepatic lipid accumulation.
