Low-Dose Glucocorticoids Adjunctive to Flow Diverter Therapy for Unruptured Intracranial Aneurysms Improve Cerebrovascular Outcomes
Abstract Flow diverter (FD) implantation is standard for unruptured intracranial aneurysms (UIAs), but cerebrovascular complications persist. This nested study within a prospective multicenter cohort evaluates whether short-term, low-dose glucocorticoid use is associated with cerebrovascular outcomes after FD implantation. Propensity-score matching with exact matching on UIA location yielded 1327 patients (360 glucocorticoid-treated; 967 controls).

Fractal dimension-based multi-focus image fusion via distance-weighted regional energy in curvelet domain
Abstract To address the challenges of information loss and noise interference in multi-focus image fusion, this paper presents a novel curvelet-domain fusion algorithm based on distance-weighted regional energy (DWRE) and fractal dimension. The proposed method first decomposes the source images using the curvelet transform, obtaining both low- and high-frequency sub-bands.
Rapid inverse design of super-resolution metalenses via a differentiable vectorial diffraction solver
Metalenses based on optical superoscillation principles are widely applied in super-resolution imaging and can be achieved using inverse design methods. However, traditional approaches predominantly rely on heuristic algorithms, which perform random searches within the solution space. This results in low design efficiency and challenges in obtaining optimal solutions, particularly when dealing with high-dimensional continuous variables, such as multiple nanobricks rotation angle.
Hydrogenation-Induced Selective Degradation of PET Wastes
Hydrogenation-Induced Selective Degradation of PET Wastes Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is a ubiquitous and versatile thermoplastic polymer that has a wide range of applications in daily life. However, like other synthetic plastics, the massive production and accumulation of PET has turned into a heavy environmental burden. Chemical upcycling is a promising strategy to address the environmental crises posed by PET plastic wastes, yet it remains challenging.

A Consensus Community-Based Spider Wasp Optimization for Dynamic Community Detection
1. Introduction Over time, the discovery of community structure in complex networks has become a key task for researchers engaged in network analysis. The concept of community is most directly recognized as a set of clusters with tight internal connections and sparse external connections [1]. A community can be understood as a class of people, objects, or events with similar attributes, the same function, and consistent characteristics [2].

It can be seen from Figure 3 that the temperature of the driving device decreases from bottom to top. The temperature of the 4th PCB layer is the highest, and the temperature of the capacitor is the lowest.
Numerical Simulation of the Flow Field in an Ultrahigh-Speed Continuous Casting Billet Mold
3.1. Effects of Casting Speeds Symmetrical-plane flow fields in the mold at different casting speeds are exhibited in Figure 2, where the SEN depth was 80 mm and the inner diameter was 40 mm. The main stream of molten steel flowed to the bottom of the mold after passing through the straight-through SEN, and its jet velocity gradually decreased along the impact direction. The molten steel flow was fully developed, as there was more space in the vertical direction of the mold.

Sparse Representation-Based Multi-Focus Image Fusion Method via Local Energy in Shearlet Domain
Abstract : Multi-focus image fusion plays an important role in the application of computer vision. In the process of image fusion, there may be blurring and information loss, so it is our goal to obtain high-definition and information-rich fusion images. In this paper, a novel multi-focus image fusion method via local energy and sparse representation in the shearlet domain is proposed. The source images are decomposed into low- and high-frequency sub-bands according to the shearlet transform.
