Algal δ 13 C reveals climate changes during the Cambrian Explosion
Abstract Carbon dioxide is a fundamental atmospheric component that regulates Earth’s climate. However, atmospheric CO2 levels (pCO2) during the Cambrian Explosion remain poorly constrained. Here we report pCO2 variations reconstructed via carbon isotope signatures of algal fossils from eight fossil deposits across the Ediacaran–Cambrian transition (~553 to ~508 Ma).

Integrating proteomics revealed the key targets for molecular breeding of fine cashmere traits in cashmere goats
1 Introduction Cashmere trade has a long history, and it was once an important commodity connecting the Cashmere Road of the Eurasian continent and promoting the exchange and integration of Eastern and Western cultures and economies (1). As the world’s largest cashmere producer and exporter, China’s Alpas cashmere goats in Inner Mongolia are famous for producing the world’s top cashmere.
Long non-coding RNA PRSS23-AS1 as ceRNA promotes breast cancer progression by regulating EMT via miR-3176 /YBX1 axis - Cancer Gene Therapy
Abstract Breast cancer (BC) remains a leading cause of cancer-related mortality, largely due to its aggressive proliferation and metastatic potential. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have emerged as key regulators in tumor development and progression. This study explored the functional role and mechanism of Lnc-PRSS23-AS1 in BC. We assessed Lnc-PRSS23-AS1 expression and localization using fluorescence in situ hybridization, qRT-PCR, and Western blotting in BC tissues and cell lines.

Facile fabrication of PANI/g-C3N4/MXene composites as electrode materials for supercapacitors
Facile fabrication of PANI/g-C3N4/MXene composites as electrode materials for supercapacitors Hangming Xie, Zhibiao Guo, Mingkun Wang, Shiyu Ma, Zhe Kong and Zhiwei He Abstract Polyaniline (PANI) is a widely used conducting polymer for electrode materials because of good conductivity and electrochemical properties, while its poor stability during charging/discharging cycles limits its development and applications.
