Author Correction: A peptide-centric local stability assay enables proteome-scale identification of the protein targets and binding regions of diverse ligands
Correction to: Nature Methods https://doi.org/10.1038/s41592-024-02553-7, published online 10 December 2024. In the original publication, two DIA datasets—the dose-response rapamycin dataset corresponding to Extended Fig. 1b, d and the dose-response HSP90 inhibitor dataset corresponding to Supplementary Fig. 21—were searched using Spectronaut version 18.1. All other DIA datasets were searched using Spectronaut version 15.3, as now clarified in the Methods “DIA spectra analysis” subsection.
Library-based virtual match-between-runs quantification in GlyPep-Quant improves site-specific glycan identification - Nature Communications
Abstract Glycosylation changes are closely related to various diseases, including cancer. The quantitative analysis of site-specific glycans at proteomics scale remains challenging due to low glycopeptide spectra interpretation. Here, we present GlyPep-Quant, a tool for sensitive quantification and identification of site-specific glycans.
A peptide-centric local stability assay enables proteome-scale identification of the protein targets and binding regions of diverse ligands - Nature Methods
Abstract By using a limited-proteolysis strategy that employs a large amount of trypsin to generate peptides directly from native proteins, we found that ligand-induced protein local stability shifts can be sensitively detected on a proteome-wide scale. This enabled us to develop the peptide-centric local stability assay, a modification-free approach that achieves unprecedented sensitivity in proteome-wide target identification and binding-region determination.
Research on Efficient Suspension Vibration Reduction Configuration for Effectively Reducing Energy Consumption
1. Introduction Energy conservation and consumption reduction are not only for protecting the environment, but also for achieving sustainable development. Numerous studies have examined the energy consumption of diverse vehicle systems. In vehicle operations, the engine exhaust contributes to 33% of the total fuel energy, the cooling system dissipates 29%, and mechanical driving consumes 38% of the total fuel energy [].
