1 Introduction Seismically resilient structures reduce personal injury and property loss during earthquakes, enabling buildings to quickly restore functionality afterward. Structures with replaceable shear-link components represent a type of resilient system [1]. Among various energy-dissipation components, shear links dissipate seismic energy through shear deformation. First proposed in eccentrically braced structures, shear links are high-performance energy-dissipation components [2].

1. Introduction Arches are classified as shallow or deep based on the rise-to-span ratio, with a ratio of less than 0.2 typically considered shallow [1]. Under in-plane loading, shallow arches may exhibit either anti-symmetric bifurcation or snap-through buckling, while deep arches typically experience only anti-symmetric buckling [1,2,3,4,5,6].
