Posted 11:07 p.m. Counties across North Texas have released unofficial voting totals for March 3 primary races, including congressional races for districts 3, 4, 5, 13, 24, 26 and 32. District 3 District 3 in the U.S. House includes the cities of Frisco, Prosper, Celina, McKinney, Plano and Allen. According to unofficial voting results with the Texas Secretary of State's office, Keith Self leads in the Republican primary with 48,213 votes. His opponent, Mark Newgent has 11,758 votes.
